Who are you?

My name is Rachel, I am a mom of 3 (4 in July!) kids. (5, 4, and 1.) I have grown up in a family of artists, and have always loved painting. I am lucky to have found a way to bring in a small income and still live my dream of being a mom. KRC began when my second child was born and I needed some decorations for his room. I never imagined I'd be a business owner, but thanks to all of the support from customers and friends, I'm now starting the 4th year of painting kids' decorations!

How long does it take to process my order?

Because I have found a new local supplier, my wait time is much less than before! I am working to get all orders down to a 3-4 week turn around time! I am excited for this challenge, and I do my best to get them out as fast as possible, but high quality is my first priority. Please let me know if you need the letters by a certain date or if they are for a shower. I will do my best to accommodate all requests.

What is your shipping policy?

I am located in Las Vegas, NV. All of my shipping is done through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. I include delivery confirmation with each order. All orders should be received within 3 days of shipment. Please refer to my work list for information.

Do you ship Internationally?

I am happy to ship internationally. You will be responsible only for actual shipping charges. Please contact me to check on prices.

What is your return policy?

I love a 100% return policy, but unfortunately, because of the custom designs, I cannot accept returns unless it was a mistake on my part. BUT, I am completely happy to work with you on correcting the problem. I am pleased that In the 4 years I have been operating, I have only had 2 corrections due to a mistake with the paint color. Please feel confident that I will do everything to guarantee that you are happy with your order.
